2016/2017
Nature Pathway - Year 10-11 cleared a pathway in the back of the field. A dock leading out on the pond as well as a wooden bridge was put in. The goal was to have more classes go out here and learn about our environment in the environment. There have also been plans made for the installation of more benches.

2017/2018
Cleanups - LIS primary school has introduced Tidy Friday in which students after their assembly clean up trash around campus before they head back to class. This is occurs every other Friday. Also, an IB CAS project was to do beach clean ups every other month on another beach. So far Barbary Beach, Taino Beach, Lucayan National Park have been cleaned up. |
2018/2019
Bird houses/ feeders were made by students and set behind the art classroom. Students and teachers have been able to see birds come and use the feeders.
2018/2019
New CAS groups have been set up to help keep the school clean and increase recycling throughout the school community. The groups include paper recycling, gardening, art upscaling, and pathway regeneration.
